Terms of Use

1. Who these terms apply to

PS Laser is an internal manufacturing operations application, made available to employees and authorized staff of PS Laser and companies PS Laser is contracted to serve. By signing in with a PIN and account issued to you, you agree to these terms.

2. What the app does

PS Laser provides order intake, production workflow tracking (Laser Cutting, Punching, Powder Coating), machine and worker allocation, delivery supervision, reporting, and an in-app AI assistant that answers operational questions using your company's own live data. Functionality is described accurately at the time of publishing and may change as the app is developed further.

3. Accounts and access

Accounts are created through in-app registration and require approval from an Owner or Manager before use (the first account registered for a company becomes its Owner account automatically). You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. A Worker account's access is intentionally limited to their own assigned machine queue and jobs; other roles have broader access appropriate to their responsibilities.

4. Acceptable use

• Use the app only for legitimate business operations related to your role.
• Do not attempt to access data or functionality outside what your role is granted.
• Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app or its backend services.

5. Data handling

How we collect, use, and store data is described in full in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

6. No warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we make no claims about specific response times or uptime beyond what is separately and explicitly agreed with your company.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date above.
